Island of Pasman and Ugljan belong to the group of the Zadar archipelago. Bridge connecting the islands and a good road that connects all the places along the coast. Both islands are linked to the mainland by ferry, Ugljan with the mainland via the port, and Pasman with Biograd from Tkon. Prices ferry on the route Zadar - Over for a car and 4 persons approx. 16 euros, and between Pasman - Sibenik for a car and 4 persons approx. 13 euros.
From apartments to the rocky beach is approx. 150 meters, and the beaches within 300 meters. The beach is located next to a pine forest outside the concrete, and in the sea sand. At the beginning of the beach water is shallow and slopes gently downward, and is adapted for young children. On the beach there is a restaurant, beach volleyball, water slide and a shower.
From apartments to address the approximately 300 meters to the grocery stores, stalls for fruits and vegetables, and fresh fish is approximately 200 meters.
Apartments A and B are located on the first floor, the terrace facing the sea and the sun is protected by awnings. The living room has a double bed and kitchen. The smaller room has a bunk bed suitable for children. The apartment has a bathroom. Apartment is suitable for up to 4 people - 2 adults and 2 children. Apartment has air conditioning.
Apartment C is located on the first floor terrace facing the sea and the island. The apartment has two bedrooms, one bedroom has a double bed and the other two single beds. The living room has a bed and a kitchen. The apartment has a bathroom, and is suitable for 4 - 5 people. Apartment has air conditioning.
Apartment E is located on the ground floor terrace facing the sea and the island. The apartment has two bedrooms, one bedroom has a double bed and the other two single beds. The living room has a bed and a kitchen. The apartment has a bathroom, and is suitable for 4 - 5 people. Apartment has air conditioning.
All apartments are equipped with a television set, a refrigerator of 180 liters, which also houses the freezer of 50 liters. Kitchens are fully equipped with dishes, containing the stove and oven.
Parking: reserved for each apartment there is one parking place.

The apartments can be booked with or without air conditioning.
You ought to pay a deposit amounting to 30% of the total amount and the balance paid on arrival.
Arrival to apartments is after 14:00 am on the day of arrival and departure by 10:00 am on the day of departure.
